Tamir Rath, Adv. – Partner

Adv. Tamir Rath heads the firm’s Corporate and International department.

Tamir holds an extensive and diverse commercial and corporate experience, with a particular knowledge related to cross border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and finance.

Tamir has vast experience in advising international venture capital funds and public and private companies, on all aspects of investments, corporate law, finance and commercial agreements, securities law and regulation of capital markets, and in particular, Tamir has extensive experience in advising international and domestic clients in technology and real-estate transactions in Germany and the Commonwealth of Independent states-CIS.

Prior to joining HBW & Co, Tamir worked at the international law firms: Latham & Watkins & Co. and White & Case LLP, where he dealt with corporate law, M&A, Documentary Credit law and International arbitration.
