Gilad Ochayon, Adv. – Partner

Adv. Ochayon interned at HBW and continues his professional career today as a partner in the firm’s real estate department.

Adv. Ochayon accompanies residential and office building projects within the framework of purchasing groups.  As part of these projects, Adv. Ochayon handles all the legal aspects related to these projects, starting with conducting a legal due diligence of the real estate as part of the acquisition of the rights, taxation profile of the deal, financing and obtaining banking approval, planning and construction, agreements with contractors and suppliers, marketing and sales contract. Legal advising from the start to the final registration of members of the purchasing group.

In addition, Adv. Ochayon represents companies that own rental real estate including, but not limited to, commercial centers, shopping centers and office buildings in the leasing of their properties. Editing lease and management contracts of various types in the rental real estate sector.
