Founder, together with Adv. Yitzhak Hagag.

Adv. Buchnik heads the HBW´s Litigation Department and is considered an expert in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, as well as commercial law, specifically the fields of franchising, advertising and communication.

Additionally, Adv. Buchnik is a member of the Sports Committee of the Israeli Bar Association and is considered a leading lawyer in Israel in the sports field in representation of sports teams and independent athletes.

Adv. Buchnik took his apprenticeship at the office of Prof. Yuval Levy, in the Litigation Department, where he practiced for approximately 5 years. In 2004, he left the office of Prof. Levy together with Yitzhak Hagag and set up HBW.
