Tom Shoval began his internship in 2014 in our office. In 2015 he was certified as a lawyer and hires back into our Firm to work in the real estate, planning and construction department of the firm.

Adv. Shoval specializes in complex real estate transactions related to large-scale residential, office and commercial projects.

Adv. Shoval handles all the legal aspects related to such transactions, starting with the acquisition of real estate rights, consultation in the areas of taxation in such transactions, financing and obtaining bank support, planning and construction, drafting purchase and sale agreements and registering the condominium unit in the Land Registry.

Additionally, Adv. Shoval is specialized in real estate litigation. He has litigated in all circuits.
