Elodie   Kalimi specializes in urban renewal and provides legal support to major projects in Tel Aviv.

​She represents leading entrepreneurs in the field of urban renewal. She coordinates communication between the parties to promote the proper administration and bring the project to actualization.  She counsels the clients and sets up the financing of projects through the banks, administers and counsels on the taxation element of the deal and advises on all contracts and issues relating to contractors.
