Adv. Kleiman possesses extensive and diverse commercial and corporate experience with specialized knowledge in international and Israeli mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and finance.

Adv. Kleiman has acquired vast experience in advising international venture capital funds, public and private companies on investments, corporate law, finance and commercial agreements. He further has extensive experience in advising international and domestic clients on technology and real-estate transactions in the former CIS. He counsels venture capital financing deals.
