Avi Edery, Adv.

Avi Edery is a lawyer in the Real Estate department of our firm who specializes in the legal development and advising of purchasers groups, urban renewal development and complex real estate deals.

In the framework of his practice, Adv. Edery legally advises complex projects in real estate purchaser’s groups from the initial phase of the purchase of the plot of land to the registration of the final housing units in the land registry.  He initiates the project inspections, drafting of the contracts and joint venture agreements. He further counsels and advises all legal phases of the real estate deal including project planning, tax and financing of the deal.

Adv. Edery interned with the firm of Axelrod Ohana and Co.  Followed by a career at Eitan Segel working on the legal counseling of purchaser’s groups,  municipal renewal and complex real estate deals.
